My business philosophy has always been simply this:
Be upfront at the start. Talk straight. Everyone's time is equally
valuable. I always try to determine as soon as possible if my home buying
services are best suited to the seller's situation.
Respond in a timely manner. There are always various options the seller is
considering. By responding quickly it helps the seller decide if we should
enter into a transaction together.
Flexibility. Everyone's situation and reasons for wishing to sell are
different. I always try to structure the transaction to best fit the
seller's needs.
Integrity always comes first. Absolutely of primary importance. A person's
word must be as good as if it were in writing. My reputation in the real
estate community is extremely important to me. Being in the business since
1984 has taught me that integrity must come first.

Respect. Be honest and fair with people. Treat everyone with courtesy and
kindness. We all share so very much in common with each other.
