repairs it needs, and your desired goals
in selling the place.
I ask you when you
want to sell it. If you can wait a few weeks
for your proceeds, then I will obtain regular
mortgage financing on your home.
If you require all
cash right now, I have the means to provide
you with the full price in cash within just
5 days.
Next, I examine what other homes in your
neighborhood are selling for. They need
to be of a similar size and home style.
These are called “comparable sales”. This
is the same way that real estate agents determine
the value of property.
