2. Next, I examine what other homes in your neighborhood are selling for. They need to be of a similar size, home style, and quality. These are called “comparable sales”. This is the way that real estate agents determine the value of property. I meet with you at your home. I look at the basic condition and size of the home and consider what repairs and improvements I would make to the property. You do not need to be concerned about it being clean or tidy.
3. I then put my offer in writing that very same day. You can take your time and think it over for a few days. Ask me as many questions as you like. Speak with your family members.
